This form of contract is recommended for use on small, labour only subcontracts. is a specific type of subcontract agreement where the subcontractor is hired solely to provide labor services (without being responsible for materials, equipment, or design) for a larger construction or engineering project.

It is not recommended for use where the subcontractor supplies materials in addition to labour.
